Quick Start Guide to easyprintfromverve.com

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order print, so we've put together a quick reference guide to help you through the ordering process.

REGISTER & LOGIN

Once you have completed your online registration at ... easyprintfromverve.com simply login with your username and password.

GETTING A QUOTE

Select the category and print product at the top of the page which best represents your print enquiry. You will be presented with page with options for page/print size, paper stock and other details that will need to be filled in to formulate the quote. You will see as you make changes and selections that the price is automatically updated. Once you are happy with the quote click on the 'save this quote' button. This will save all of the quote details in your account which can then be accessed at a later date or if you wish to complete your order straight away.

COMPLETE YOUR ORDER

You will see all of your quotes appear on the bottom right hand side of the page which can be accessed at any time. To complete your order click on the quote where you can review details of the job and fill in any extra details you wish to include. Don't forget to include a deadline delivery date. Once you are happy click on 'submit job'.

UPLOAD FILES

You can then upload your files by going to the 'upload files' page and selecting the job name, then click on 'browse' to navigate to the artwork file on your computer, click on 'open' and then 'upload'.

You can upload any files required for your print job here, avoiding complicated FTP processes and the uncertainty of e-mail. Everything you upload to us is linked to your account, letting us keep track of what has been uploaded, when it was uploaded and who uploaded it.

You will then see an upload progress window appear. The file may take some time to upload, depending on your connection speed and the size of the file.

We can accept all common image formats; GIF, PNG, JPEG, BMP, TIF, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. We also accept most common compressed file formats (zip, rar, tar, gzip, sit, bin etc), allowing you to get your files to us faster.

Things to remember when setting up your file:

  • All images should be saved as CMYK 300DPI
  • If you have any images or graphics that go to the edge of the paper, you will need to set up the file with a minimum of 2mm ‘bleed’
  • Please position crop marks to show where the artwork should be cut
  • All text should be within a ‘safe area’ 5mm from page edge.

MAKE PAYMENT

Once we have received your order and artwork you will be invited by email to log back into easyprintfromverve.com and make payment. This can be done by navigating to your quote and clicking on the 'pay online via Sage Pay'. This will then take you to a secure page hosted by Sage Pay where you can fill in your credit card details and submit payment. Once payment is submitted you will receive two confirmation emails from us confirming payment and order details.
